Progress

Yesterday's conditioning workout was the baseline workout that you do when you first join - 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 30 sit-ups, and 40 squats and a 500m row for time.  I think I did around 8 minutes when I first joined.  It's been about 2 months so I was relatively happy when I got that done in 4:27 yesterday.  Added 10lbs (145) to my ten rep max for box squats too since last week.

Freaking beat today, muscles and brain are worn out.  Doesn't help it hot as hell out.


Another $6149 to make before my trip to Japan on August 29th.  Clock is ticking...
